Atlantic
City Magazine Restaurant Gala
For
over a decade now, Chef Joseph Massaglia is serving as the
restaurant coordinator for Atlantic City Magazine’s Restaurant Gala.
In this prestigious position, Chef Massaglia works to put on the
premier charity event that gathers over 36 of southern New Jersey’s
finest restaurants for a spectacular evening of dining and dancing.
The event is sponsored by Commerce Bank and a few other major sponsors,
it's being held at the Atlantic City Convention Center annually.
Participating restaurants provide their finest dishes to be sampled
by the guests. The event raised over $200,000 to fund scholarships
for students in the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community
College. During the event, students prepare and serve hors d’oeuvres
during the cocktail hour. There were over 1000 guests that attended
the past event, why not join the us this year for this elegant event?
